Tim Erensen, Managing Partner
With more than 20 years of experience, Erensen has developed, sold and managed thousands of professional events, hospitality programs, grassroots initiatives, corporate sponsorships and celebrity/athlete marketing partnerships. Preceding the formation of Eiger, Erensen served as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Octagon’s Golf Event, Golf Management, Outdoor and Property Representation and Sales Divisions, and Partner & Executive Vice President at Peter Jacobsen Sports. Based in Greenwich, CT, Erensen with partner Rob Lampman, manages the day to day operation of the business and leads several key accounts, including his role as Executive Director of the ShopRite LPGA Classic.
Rob Lampman, Managing Partner
Preceding the formation of Eiger Marketing Group in 2011, Rob Lampman was Director of Revenue & Special Projects for the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympic Games. At VANOC, Lampman was engaged in driving corporate partnership, donor programming and The 2010 Club, Olympic Games Hospitality. Prior to joining the Games, Rob was Head of Event Marketing Operations for FIFA World Cup in Korea/Japan and later VP of Business Development and Sales for FIFA based in Zurich, Switzerland. He led redevelopment of FIFA’s sponsorship model and the sales process for the 2007-2014 business cycle working with each of FIFA’s global partners while collaborating with colleagues in television, licensing and hospitality. As Managing Partner with Eiger, in Seattle, Lampman leads business development efforts and client strategy for key corporate clients and property relationships.
Leela Narang, Partner
Prior to merging with Eiger in 2016, Leela Narang was Managing Partner of Double X Sports & Entertainment. At XX Sports, Narang created their athlete representation business, managed events and properties including The ShopRite LPGA Classic, and developed new business initiatives. Preceding Double X Sports, Leela was VP of the Golf Division at Octagon, driving corporate partnerships for their LPGA and PGA Tour events, Player Management, and Property Representation business. Prior to Octagon, Leela was a Senior Director of Advertising at Golf Digest and Conde Nast as well as played professional golf. As a Partner, based in Connecticut, Narang focuses on business development and corporate partnerships and is Tournament Director of the ShopRite LPGA event. Narang is on the Board of Directors for the EWGA, and also serves on the First Tee Met Section Board Advisory Committee.
Jean Ryan, Partner
With 20 years of sports marketing, media and advertising experience, Jean Ryan brings a wealth of business sense to Eiger Marketing including athlete representation, business development, event management, media sales, tv rights negotiation and corporate consulting. Her experience includes a track record of creating successful sports marketing platforms for corporate clients such as Campbell’s Soup, The DNC, McCormick Seasonings, Marriot, Merck, Allstate, Coors, MasterCard, Nextel, Enterprise and Kimberly Clarke. She has held executive positions at IMG, Professional Bull Riders (PBR), ESPN, and Runner’s World Magazine. As EVP and Partner with Eiger she develops new business company wide and manages client relations for the ShopRite LPGA Classic.
Bill Hansen, Account Director
Bill joined Eiger in 2012 to pursue his passion for sport, bringing with him a wealth of professional experience, most notably 10 years at KPMG in Mergers and Acquisitions. He has served as Tournament Manager for the ShopRite LPGA Classic, project manager for nationwide client road shows, Concours d’Elegance project development and key client hospitality programs. All told, with more than 15 years of extensive project management for client’s such as Microsoft, ShopRite, Monticello Motor Club, Assured Guaranty and Marsh & McLennan Bill is an invaluable team member. Bill was born and raised in New Jersey and graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Boston College.
Krista Leesment, Account Director
Krista’s experience spans 15+ years of corporate event and sponsorship management with activations across North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. She has managed everything from modest outings to multi-million dollar programs for leading global organizations including Manulife Financial, Microsoft, Seattle Sports Commission and the 2010 Olympic Winter Games. In her role with the 2010 Olympic Games, Krista master planned and implemented corporate hospitality programs for 60 corporate sponsors. During her time with Microsoft she held positions supporting conferences & training sessions for both internal and external delegates including Engineering Excellence, Microsoft Academy for College Hires and Windows Marketing. As Director, Client Programs for Eiger based in Seattle, Krista develops innovative operational solutions and runs marketing and hospitality implementations for corporate clients across a host of properties including Major League Soccer, FIFA, Olympic Games and the PGA TOUR.
Tom Michel, VP Business Development
Tom Michel joined Eiger Marketing Group in 2015 to lead new business efforts and corporate client relationships out of the Seattle office. Prior to joining Eiger, Tom held various leadership roles in product management and global marketing at Microsoft. Tom has extensive experience leading teams while designing and implementing marketing and sales campaigns. He has held management roles at PeopleSoft and Accenture and holds an MBA from the University of the Pacific.
Jennifer Tierney, Account Director
Prior to joining Eiger in 2016, Jen spent six years at Octagon Sports Marketing in the corporate consulting group, working across a wide range of clients including ACE, BMW, Lexus, MINI and Rolls-Royce Motor Cars. While at Octagon, Jen managed strategy and activation for the BMW Championship PGA Tournament, as well as major hospitality and event activations at Art Basel, Super Bowl and Pebble Beach. As Director, Client Programs for Eiger based in Greenwich, CT, Jennifer Tierney manages key event, hospitality and consulting programs for Eiger Marketing Group including management of the ShopRite LPGA Classic.
